Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bd11 platform and all its services. By creating an account or using the service on bd11, you fully agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any condition, please refrain from using the platform.

bd11 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms. Please review this page regularly.

Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use the services on bd11, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be participating from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by law.

Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To create a valid account, you must provide accurate personal information, contact details, and any documents required for identity verification. You must notify bd11 immediately if any of your information changes.

3.2 Password & Account Security

Keeping your login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility. Keep your password strong and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the bd11 support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

3.3 One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed and any funds held being forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on bd11 is ৳200. The platform supports only the following methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — The digital transaction service of Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — The mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Deposits must be sent accurately and only through a method registered in your own name. Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals will only be made to the same method and account used at the time of deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

In the event of fraudulent deposits, chargebacks, or any other dishonest transactions, bd11 reserves the right to immediately close the relevant account and take legal action.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bd11 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳10,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus must meet a 25x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after expiry.
• If bonus abuse or arbitrage betting is detected, the relevant bonus and winnings will be cancelled.
• bd11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
• A bonus offer applies once per account, per device, and per household.

VIP Program

The bd11 VIP program has five tiers in total, and each tier comes with special benefits including weekly cashback:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can move up to higher tiers through regular play. Eligibility for VIP benefits is determined at bd11's own discretion and is subject to change.

Game Rules & Fair Conduct

7.1 Fair Play Commitment

bd11 believes in fair play as a safe and reliable platform. All games and sports betting are operated through random number generator (RNG) technology and certified providers.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using any software, bot, or automated method.
• Exploiting system or software errors as an opportunity.
• Using coordinated betting or arbitrage strategies across multiple accounts.
• Engaging in fraudulent collusion with other users.
• Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed, the relevant funds will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

7.3 Technical Errors

bd11 reserves the right to correct or void any results or funds incorrectly displayed due to a technical error. Any funds paid out as a result of exploiting an error will also be reclaimed.
